The Standard
God has revealed His nature and character in Holy Scripture. It declares the Glory of God. As we discover who God is in the Bible, not only do we learn of His plan of salvation but we also learn how we are to live. At Kindred Bible Church we believe strongly in biblical inerrancy, biblical authority, and the authenticity of the Holy Scripture. The Bible is the standard for all things: including family structure, worship, chain of leadership, the proper order in dealing with offenses in the body, business dealings, etc. The Bible is the only source and norm of doctrine, morality, and Christian living.
Strong Families
When God designed marriage He painted a picture of Himself and His relationship to His Church. When we display Him in our families His glory is seen through us. We know that today families don’t always look like Leave to Beaver or Father Knows Best. This fact does not change God’s design, purpose, and function of the family. It does mean that we have to be intentional about putting into practice the principles regarding the family found in God’s Word. We all want a strong family. The struggle is that loving, devoted and enduring families don’t just happen, it takes hard work and sometimes we all need help. We are called and committed to providing the environment, encouragement, and biblical insight we all need to build strong Christian families.
We are enthusiastic about building strong Christian families. We believe that the biblical partnership between the church and home provides the greatest potential for evangelism and the building of life-long disciples. Therefore, we are a family integrated church. This means not only do we have family integrated worship but we also encourage and facilitate other inter-generational activities. Kindred is a great place for families to grow strong together. Our families worship together, pray together and play together.
Purpose
In the right hands, broken pieces of glass become a mosaic masterpiece. Each shattered piece becomes a vital part of a beautiful work of art. Likewise, when we recognize God’s plan, purpose and calling for us and commit ourselves to pursuing that calling God takes our brokenness and make something beautiful out of it. “For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” (Ph. 2:10) Each of us have been created for and commissioned into God’s kingdom for a purpose. At Kindred Bible Church we’re committed to helping you discover and fulfill God’s plan in and calling for your life. We understand that each of us will not be fulfilled until we are intentionally pursuing our God given call and purpose.

Today’s modern fast paced lifestyle often disconnects us from people. Financial pressures, hectic schedules, and long commutes keep us from building authentic lifelong friendships. We understand that your time is valuable to you so our services and actives are designed to not only spiritually equip you but also create opportunities for developing and maintaining significant relationships. Small groups, picnics, potlucks and father and son campouts are not just events, but are an important part of what God has commissioned us to do.
